Julien is the Founder & Senior Partner of K-Solutions & Partners, a corporate law firm in Kigali, Rwanda. He has over seventeen years of experience practicing law at the Brussels and Rwanda Bar Associations.

Julien is the immediate past President of the Rwanda Bar Association (2015-2021). He is the President of the Association of the Bar Associations of the Great Lakes Region, Vice Chairman of the Kigali International Arbitration Center and Board member of the East African Law Society, Rwandan Law Reform Commission and Rwanda Finance.
