Jacqueline, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and Managing Partner of JWM Law LLP, specialises in commercial law. Holding an LLM in Public Finance & Financial Services Law, she pursues a Doctorate at the University of Nairobi. Jacqueline excels as a Chartered Arbitrator (C.ARB/FCIARB), holds diplomas in International Arbitration and Construction Adjudication, and is an IMI Certified Mediator. Recently appointed a FIFA Approved Mediator, she’s a pioneer Kenya Judiciary Mediator. Jacqueline played a pivotal role in crafting Kenya’s ADR Policy, approved in 2023, and is an Associate Editor of the CIARB Kenya ADR Journal. She’s a Governance Expert, Fellow Certified Secretary Kenya, and Vice Chairman at various institutions.
