Kofi Abotsi is an Associate Professor of comparative constitutional and international law, and Dean of the UPSA Law School. He is a practicing lawyer, notary public, and  consulted for governmental and Inter-governmental bodies/agencies. Dean Abotsi continues to serve on, and chair a number of boards and played leading roles in the corporate governance space in Ghana. He holds an LLB, and BL from Ghana, LLM from Harvard, and a PhD from the University of Milan, Italy. He is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and Rotary International and a fellow of the Institute of Directors, Ghana.
