Holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of London and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1995. In 1997, Sanjeev was admitted to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales, Law Society of Kenya, The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Kenya and is a certified mediator. Sanjeev has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation and significant expertise particularly in commercial, construction and marine disputes. Sanjeev has presented a number of papers on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution in Kenyan and international forums.
