Dr. Bernd Ehle is a partner at LALIVE (Geneva/Zurich/London) specializing in international arbitration. Bernd has acted as counsel and arbitrator in more than 100 international commercial and investment arbitral proceedings brought under many of the major arbitration rules and governed by civil law and common law. His practice focuses on complex disputes involving in particular infrastructure and mining projects in Africa. Bernd is a member of the Arbitration Court of the Swiss Arbitration Centre, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a member of the Executive Committee of the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy (FIAA).
