Henry Pannell is a Chartered Accountant and expert witness, based in London. He specialises in providing expert financial advice in international arbitration and litigation. He is currently based in London, but has lived and worked in Southern Africa. During his over 17 years’ experience in economic and financial analysis, accounting and auditing, he has provided advice to clients across a wide range of industries. He is regularly appointed as an expert witness, in both arbitral and litigation proceedings, and has testified before arbitral tribunals. His litigation and international arbitration experience includes providing expert advice in business valuation, the quantification of lost profits, accounting matters, and assessments of wasted costs. Although this experience covers many jurisdictions, courts and arbitral forums, a large proportion relates to disputes in sub-Saharan Africa.
