Honourable Justice Mary Kasango is a Judge in the First Instance Division of the COMESA Court of Justice from 2015 to date. She is also an Arbitrator, a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Arbitrators.
She obtained Honours Degree in Law at the Middlesex University London, and was called to the Bar (Barrister-at law) at Lincoln’s Inn in London.
She is a holder of a Masters degree in Intellectual Property Law at Golden Gate University San Fransisco USA.
She was a part time lecturer at the Kenya School of Law where she lectured on the subject Trust Accounts for 13 years.
She operated her own law firm under the name MUHANJI-KASANGO Advocates for 11 years. She practiced law in that firm as a sole proprietor with two other associates.
